Sydney’s love affair with luxury coastal homes is as passionate as ever, with more than $19M of high-end apartments sales recorded at Sutherland Shire’s Woolooware Bay Town Centre in recent months.

Ian Bennett from Colliers International says the appetite for penthouses remains strong, with many downsizers looking for a home that is beautifully appointed and surrounded by lifestyle features.

“There’s a lot of activity in the higher price range as people look to downsize into something that is both luxurious and convenient,” he says.

Mr Bennett says Woolooware Bay continues to deliver great value for high-end buyers, with a selection of both complete and off-the-plan options on offer.
