The Shire’s picturesque, unspoilt natural environment makes it truly exceptional. Kilometres of pristine coastline encompasses renowned surf beaches and sheltered swimming spots as well as the heritage listed Cronulla sand dunes on the Kurnell Peninsula.
With the Georges River and Woolooware Bay to the north and the Port Hacking River to the south, there are plenty of opportunities for boating, fishing or kayaking around the many sheltered bays.
